Our Story
Bready or Not began as a way for me to unwind after long, emotionally demanding days working as a nurse navigator in an oncology clinic. Being a nurse in this role take a lot of compassion, resilience, and heart. What started as a simple stress-relief hobby quickly turned into a true passion. I unexpectedly fell in love with the art of baking and the joy of creating something comforting and meaningful. Today, Bready or Not is built on the same care I bring to my patients. Every loaf and pastry is handcrafted using organic ingredients and purified reverse osmosis water to ensure the highest quality and flavor. From naturally fermented sourdough to handcrafted specialty breads and pastries, each batch is made with intention, patience, and love. Small batch.Big flavor. That's more than just a saying..it's the heart of everything we bake. By keeping our batches small, we're able to focus on quality, flavor, and detail in every single item. My goal is simple: to create baked goods that not only taste incredible, but also bring warmth, comfort, and a little bit of happiness to your table.
